Job Placement Policy

1. Placement Assistance vs. Guarantee

IBARC Academy provides Placement Assistance and career guidance to our students. However, we do not guarantee job placements. Securing a job depends on multiple factors outside our control, including market conditions, the student's interview performance, and individual capability.

2. Performance-Based Eligibility

Placement assistance and referrals are strictly based on the student's performance throughout the 6-month program. To be eligible for placement assistance, a student must:

• Maintain a minimum attendance rate of 90% across all sessions.
• Complete and submit all daily, weekly, and module assignments on time.
• Pass all module assessments with a satisfactory grade.
• Actively participate in live projects and demonstrate practical application of skills.
• Clear all fee dues completely.

3. Co-Founder Opportunity

As mentioned in our program benefits, outstanding students may be offered an opportunity to become a co-founder of a respective startup.

4. Interview Process

For students who qualify for placement assistance, IBARC Academy will facilitate interviews with partner companies or our own network. It is the sole responsibility of the student to clear the interview rounds and meet the hiring company's criteria.
