2. Educational Services

IBARC Academy provides educational mentorship in AI and Digital Marketing. While we strive to provide the highest quality education and real-world strategies, we do not guarantee specific financial results, job placements, or business success as these depend on the individual's effort and market conditions.

3. Intellectual Property

The materials provided during the mentorship, including but not limited to frameworks, strategies, documents, and videos, are the intellectual property of IBARC Academy and Mr. Subilal K. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without explicit written permission.

4. Mentorship Format

The program is delivered in a 1-on-1 format. Scheduling of sessions is subject to mutual availability. We reserve the right to modify the curriculum to ensure it remains up-to-date with current industry standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IBARC Academy or its mentors be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or strategies taught during the program.
