Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

At IBARC Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized 1-on-1 mentorship and comprehensive educational resources. Due to the nature of our digital training programs, the time invested by our mentors, and immediate access to proprietary curriculum materials, all fee payments made to IBARC Academy are strictly non-refundable.

This "No Refund" policy applies to all payments, including but not limited to full program fees, EMI installments, registration fees, and any other associated charges.

2. EMI Payments and Dues

If you have opted to pay the program fee (₹1.2 Lakhs) via the 4 EMI option, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining payments as per the agreed schedule. Failure to pay EMIs on time will result in:

• Immediate suspension of portal access.
• Halt of all 1-on-1 mentorship sessions.
• Ineligibility for certification and placement assistance.

Suspension of access due to non-payment does not waive your obligation to pay the remaining balance, nor does it entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.

3. Program Commitment

By enrolling in IBARC Academy, you acknowledge that success in this program requires significant time, effort, and dedication. We cannot guarantee specific financial results, business growth, or job placements. Your success depends entirely on your execution of the strategies taught.

4. Exceptions

There are absolutely no exceptions to this refund policy. We highly encourage you to review all course details, curriculum, and consult with our team before making your enrollment decision.
